Is there any way in iOS to monitor current and past data transfer rates? (similar to what you can see in Activity Monitor on macOS or even better through tools like iStat menus).

Background: iCloud Photo Library at times is driving me crazy, after shooting a few photos & videos last night, there barely seems any good progress. The progress bar at the end of the photos grid in Photos app shows some progress, but it's barely moving.
Already tried restarting the app and the whole phone after few hours. It would be really good to just check if that app is actually sending some data…
Apple's (over)simplification of UI is nice as long everything just works. But in times when it doesn't, I'd give everything for just some current data transfer rates directly in the app… rant over… ;)

This app will log network data flow but can only do it for about 1 minute when it’s placed in the background. If you keep the app in the foreground, it’ll log network activity indefinitely.
I find it very useful.
