Hello!

Sometimes after waking up I can see my sleep performance on my iPhone on the homescreen. It then shows some bars and the total amount of time in bed in one of the squares on the top left. But once you got your coffee or whatever, that information has been deleted from the square. So by the time you’re awake and able to process it you can no longer see your sleep performance.

Is there any way to make the sleep performance stick to the homescreen for a longer period of time? Or to just get it back with a swipe or something?

I know you can go to settings or Health and then press 60.000 buttons to get to Sleep performance but I’d rather navigate an AppleTV than that Health app lol

Thank you!

You can pin Sleep so it appears in your Summary on the first screen of the Health app, no need to go diving around for it.

Here you go:
  1. Go to the Home Screen and press any of the existing Widgets
  2. Select 'Edit Home Screen'
  3. Then select 'Add Widget'
  4. Scroll down the list of Widgets until you get to 'Sleep'
  5. Select 'Sleep' and then 'Add Widget'
  6. The 'Sleep' widget will then be added to the Home Screen - if this widget is then selected, the Summary Sleep information will be displayed.
