Seeing ads and I am supposed to be "ad free"

Today, I started seeing ads when I should be "ad free." Sadly it is the same ad over and over again. How does one resolves this?

S.B.G., I have not had ads for years...and if I recall correctly I had a lifetime membership or something similar. While I could be wrong..this is rather curious that now this shows up. Incidentally, I don't seem to be able to see how long I have been a subscriber. That info somehow is hidden or not easy to find. Thoughts, please?
