background:

I have a MacBook Pro running leopard with entourage 2004 installed on it.
I have an iPhone that I use extensively especially the calendar
My work uses an Exchange 2003 server for our email.
I use MobileMe to keep my contacts and calendars synced.

I get meeting requests from people using outlook 2003 all the time and thus can't effectively add them to my iCal without using entourage to accept the meeting requests.

So I am stuck using entourage to accept meeting requests.
I have been syncing my work calendar through entourage using the sync services and the problem I have run into is that my events that are syning to iCal begin duplicating.

I am looking for an effective way to sync my exchange calendar with iCal without using the sync services option in entourage. ( I also have my admin assistant that adds events to my calendar on a PC using outlook 2003)

My thought so far is to just have my admin assistant add events using me.com and then to use entourage to only accept meeting requests and then just view that calendar on my iphone with my mobilme calendars using the all calendars function and then be able to see the meeting requests on my iCal by subscribing to my exchange calendar in iCal.

Hi graytexperts,

for syncing iCal with Exchange 2003 you can check davmail http://davmail.sourceforge.net/...for accepting Exchange 2003 invitations you should use the OWA interface from Exchange 2003 if possible...or, if you can use ActiveSync to sync your Exchange 2003 with your iPhone, you can accept the invitations on your iPhone....
