Seeing Lots of stars on the WebSite by adverts

Hello All,
Im not sure if the only one seeing this but I have seen it a few times now, I see ass attached image next to a few adverts, I have seen it on the top banner and now I have seen it on the side adverts. Not sure if its just me or its been seen by other people.
