I want to output the video from my 2007 iMac via its Mini-DVI port and the audio out via the headphone port and combine the outputs to a single HDMI output to send to my HDTV. The device below looks like it should do the job:

However, it has a female DVI input port. This means I need a male Mini-DVI to male DVI converter. No such converter seems to exist. How can I make this work?

The regular line out, where the headphones go, is also optical.
The mini-toslink looks like a regular headphone 3.5mm headphone plug, but a little longer.

You'd have to check, but I think the line in May be optical also, but I'm not sure, and may depend on your model.
