Seeking HELP

    Hi i have a problem the past week i have not been able to download anything from the app store on my iphone it keeps telling me to `check my billing info` ive been told to go to the itunes support page and write a email but befor i do does anyone here know/had this problem?

    maybe your credit card expired?

    Or may be you are still using an old version of the software: iPhone, app store, iTunes...etc...

    i have only had the phone just over a month it was working fine till a week ago haha not all that great with mobiles so how do i know if what im using is old?
