Seems like Apple has been busy with all these exchanges lately

If they would have some quality control and stop putting out yellow tinted displays on all their products they would be able to update their webpage 
Depends on where you are whether that is the correct date.
I live in East-Coast of US. The Apple Center where I sent my iPad to, is located in California. So I dont think there is a significant time different betweem their time-zone and mine. Also Eastern is 3hours faster.
Overall, their system is malfunctioning.
