Depends on where you are whether that is the correct date.

I live in East-Coast of US. The Apple Center where I sent my iPad to, is located in California. So I dont think there is a significant time different betweem their time-zone and mine. Also Eastern is 3hours faster.

Overall, their system is malfunctioning. 🙁
