Seems that Apple wants to ship AW to customers

Seems Apple wants to ship AW to customers instead of having them picked up in the stores. Wonder why?? Isn't just as easy for Apple to ship your AW to a store for pickup? It might more work for the stores, but then Apple would save on shipping fees by having a bulk order of AWs delivered to a store instead of sent individually to each customer.

I can't speak to Apple's shipping preferences, in some cases, it's more efficient to ship an Apple product, being not everyone has an Apple Store in view. Also, Apple's warehouses clearly hold more product than Stores, which can focus on a quicker delivery to the customer directly from the warehouse site.
