iOS select language change

I am looking for documentation or information for accessing the methods of changing the default language of the iPhone from within the app that is running.

I don't know where to start to look for this information in the Doc's

Do you mean the language that is set in Settings under General, International, Language?

You won't find it in there anyway, because it's not possible to do this.

Generally speaking if it's something you can change in the Settings app, it's not something you can change from your own apps.
