Selective Album Backup in iCloud

Is it possible to backup only selective album in iCloud?

Also backing up only live photos, since there are no other options for that is it possible?

I do not think so. Lookinf under the iCloud backup menu it is all or none.

Can somebody suggest anyway to backup only live photos somewhere, don't want to backup everything in the cloud.

Even will love to have an offline method, no conversion to GIF/mov please

You can back up the photos that you want on your computer...

I don't have a Mac, on windows the photo will just come with a mov & jpg separate.

In windows the photos can be transferred to computer like from a normal usb drive and it lets you transfer jpg & mov separately. From within iTunes application for windows you cannot transfer the photos from iPhone to PC

Anybody with some solution to this problem, I am surprised that nobody else faces this problem..
