self discharge with battery extenders

Hi!
I'd love to leave a fully charged battery extender like the RichardSolo 1800 for my iphone4 in my backpack
and have it just in case I run low on battery. How is the self discharge effect with these? If I don't charge it
for a month or two, is the battery going to be empty?

No I have the imp 500 and works great.

Lithium ion does discharge, but at a very slow rate. at one month there will be over 90% charge I believe.
