im tempted to sell my early 17inch mbp for a 15mbp .. i love my
mbp but i feel weird thinking about bringing it to school with me .. its really
not heavy .. just kinda big .. i orginally bought it for video editing but i havent really had to edit anything big .. all the projects are small and there is only 3 .. so now im having second thoughts even though the laptop is 7 months old .. in mint condition though
 
Get the 15"
The 17" is a beast to drag around. I think the 15" is on the big side too.
I only got the 15" because I need the Express card slot. I find it big to carry with me. I travel a lot to different locations and wish I had a smaller laptop most of the time.
I use my 15 for editing, and I have edited quite a few HD projects on it.
If one goes for a 13" you do need an external monitor
 
17" MBP works fine for me. I move mine almost every day.

It's no way "big", considering most PC 15" laptops are the same size and same weight as MBP 17".

Perhaps someone needs to work out.
 
i didnt say it was too heavy .. i kinda feel awkward bringing it to lectures at school cuz it is kinda big .. but i guess there is no point in selling it
