Selling 2012 2.3GHz Quad-Core Mac Mini1TB Fusion - How Much $$$

I'm getting ready to sell my 2012 2.3GHz Quad-Core Mac Mini with a 1TB Fusion drive and AppleCare.

I've already checked around and the prices seem to be all over the place. What would be a fair selling price for both parties involved? What about a minimum selling price?

I plan to sell a 27" Thunderbolt display too... any suggestions?

I sold mine; 2.3ghz 16gb RAM with 256gb SSD and the 1tb HDD for $1000 even on craigslist about a month and a half ago. I think I got very lucky though.
