Selling 3gs Help

can anyone sugest what to do when selling my 3gs. i want to keep the 3.1.1 on the phone, but if i erase all content and settings what else would i need to do. will i need to reactivate the phone on i tunes Thanks in advance i know probably a stupid question

Just restore the phone and set it up as a new phone. Take out the sim card and your good to go!
