Selling advice and price

So I'm going to be purchasing a new rMPB soon as I need a portable Mac and my current 27" iMac just doesn't fit my needs anymore.

Here are the specs of my current iMac (Late 2012) - 3.4ghz i7, 1TB Fusion Drive, 24GB RAM, 680MX 2GB, Magic Trackpad and keyboard. It also has AppleCare until February 2016.

Realistically what can I expect to get for this machine?
Also, what is the best practice in selling a Mac, also the best place?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

Oops, forgot to mention. It's a 1TB fusion drive.
