Selling iPad - What To Do?

Decided to sell the iPad 2 I have. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do before selling it? (i.e. clearing personal info, resetting to factory settings, etc.)

Connect the ipad to your computer
Click restore in iTunes , restore as new
When you get to the part where it ask you to sync , unplug the ipad


Brand new fresh ipad , all your info gone


Make sure you remove the ipad from the 2 step verification thing they just added if your ipad is on that

Thanks, that really helps. What do you mean by the 2 step verification?

The other option is to do it on the ipad: settings - general - reset - erase all content and settings. This sets the ipad back to its brand new out of the box state.
