eBay, likely for those most interested in salvaging the parts. There is more a market for for these types of things. Craigslist would be more difficult.

Agreed with eBay. You might be surprised with what you get for it. I remember a few years ago selling my family's iPhones, one iPhone had a chip off the front glass and also had the lowest capacity of the bunch... yet it sold for the most, despite all phones being listed at the same time. People look for those things and buy them to repair and then re-sell them, I guess.
Maybe if you use a third party. Apple's prices have the range of prices going from $199 to $599

Apple does not replace iPad screens. You get a replacement unit. If AC+ is expired you have to pay the OOW.

I understand but I wasn't talking about Apple. 3rd party can replace cracked screen. I did with my original iPad and worked very well.
