I'm selling my iPhone 4s, and I think I read somewhere that once I reset the phone to "as factory delivered," I should remove and keep the SIM.

Is this the case? What's on the SIM after you reset the phone? And is it a problem for the buyer to get a new SIM? It's a Verizon phone, factory unlocked.

Thanks!

Yes, you need to remove your sim.
The new buyer needs to get a sim from his carrier with his number and account settings.
