selling iPhone jailbroken.

I'm sending out my iPhone 3GS next week when I get the 4 (someone offered me $275 for my 16GB on ebay). They want it jailbroken, which is fine. but how do I get all my stuff off it while keeping it jailbroken?

Go to settings->General->reset

There you can erase all settings and content from your phone, you do not even need to restore.

I sold my stock 3G for $200...$275 isn't enough...keep looking unless it's a close friend.

I'm assuming there will be a jailbreak/unlock released soon after next thurs. Anyone know if my 32gb 3GS will fetch more if I upgrade to iOS4 and jailbreak/unlock it?
