selling ipod help!!!!

getting iphone 4 tomorrow, selling ipod touch, how do i erase everything so the person i can set it up as a new ipod without my stuff on it

Setting>General>Reset> Erase All Content and Setting

Press Erase Phone, then Confirm a 2nd time. then depending on the GB storage, it will take 1-2 hours to complete.
