I must have over 100 apps on my iPod Touch 2G 16GB.
When I get an iPhone I'll be selling it, but I don't know whether to leave the apps on or to do a factory restore. Is there a way for the new owner to sync it without losing the apps?
I also downloaded the apps free using Installous, so would it be illegal to sell it with them?
Thanks.

So you're trying to sell pirated applications?
As soon as the iPod Touch syncs with a new computer the apps will be deleted.

No, once he sinks it all apps will be lost, plus i dont think he/she will appreciate pirated apps so much. 🙂

Since the question has been answered and there's a piracy issue involved, I'm closing this thread. The question was legit, so the thread will remain here for others who might wonder about this sort of thing. 🙂
