iPad Selling my iPad 2 for $260. Is that a good price?

I have someone right now, cash ready, who wants my iPad for $260. its the iPad 2, 64 GB, Wi Fi only. Do you guys think that's a reasonable price? Should I go ahead and do it?

Keep in mind the longer you wait to sell these old devices the further price drops

True. Ended up selling it for $280.

I sold mine for 220$ through Amazon in August. If I were you I'd take whatever I could get this late.
