Selling my iPhone 3GS jailbroken and Unlocked need help though...

Hi forum,

I am in the process of selling my iPhone 3GS 3.1.3 and it is currently jailbroken with spirit and unlocked with ultrasnow. I want to restore it and keep the jailbreak and unlock, how would I go about doing this so that the next owner will be able to sync his phone to his computer and his itunes account. Thanks for the help in advance.
