I have a buyer for my Iphone 3G, he will pay 350.00. Now I can just pay 399.99 and get a 16GB 3GS? Or if I want until 12/11/2009 I can get it for 299.99?

The only negative is having to sign an additional 2 year contract and therefore I will be obligated to AT&T for 3 years?

I'm not sure why I want this slight refresh but since I have an offer it would only be another 50.00 and change to get the new model.

Thanks

You can't get the upgrade price until you are eligible for an upgrade, and yes that signs the contract for another two years. It's 699 without an upgrade.

Have you confirmed that you CAN get the iPhone 3GS for $399? You also would not extend your contract to 3 years, you reset/restart your 2 year contract.
