What is the best way of clean all my info etc off my IPhone before I sell it. Dont want to leave any personal info on the phone
 
On your iPhone -> Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Content and Settings.

Check your SIM in another phone so it actually erased everything, only do this if you had saved some contacts to it.
