Selling my Verizon iPhone 5... Have a few questions

Hi All,

I'm selling my iPhone 5, 32gb on Verizon.

I already wiped the phone clean and updated to IOS 8.

1. is this phone already unlocked?

2. Do I need to remove my sim before selling?

Is there anything else I would need to do before selling?

Nothing besides making sure find my iPhone is turned off on that phone.
