Can you sell a phone that's still attached to a plan? For the iPhone 6 Plus I just added a new line since my iPhone 5 wasn't ready for upgrade, but it was STILL cheaper to add a new line and pay the 2-3 months bill.

Can I sell my iPhone 5 to anyone even though it's on a current plan? Or will they be able to use my number and info etc...

You should be able to. It's just a device. Make sure you remove your SIM card and reset the phone to factory defaults.

Are you going to replace the iPhone 5? If not, you'll still be paying for service on that line.
