I want to sell my old 9 TH generation 64GB I have a iPhone 15 pro which has all my data backed up just advice to erase all data from my old Ipad

In a nutshell, all you really need to do is log out of iCloud/your Apple account, and go to the settings and reset your iPad while choosing the option to erase all content and settings. This should restore it to a fresh out of the box state.
