knew you were going to say that :p

:D true though... ;) :)

First thing I'd do after driving it off the boat, would be to have them filled in with some metal and bondo, and a set of midrangers put in their place on the inside. :D

But not with those wheels fella... :p :p :p

The only issue (and it's a small one) is that Ford saw fit to incorporate a rear quarterlight between the B and C pillars, apart from that very minor detail... it's near on perfect in my eyes.

I think the Saleen or Rousch versions took care of that issue. I agree, it looks much tougher w/o.

The E90 is a much better looking car than the E46.

I do like the new E90's exterior. I remember when I was looking, the changeover was coming, and once I read up though, I went out and got the e46. The reasons are the interior.

Having borrowed the e90 sedans as loaners for maintenance, I really, really hate that interior. Talk about bland! But what really kills me is that they got rid of one of the key design cues of the BMW. Like the "Double Kidney", and "Hoffmeister Kink", having the center console facing the driver was a key design cue of a BMW.

And now it's flat.

Still holding hope for the e92 M3 though...

(note the E46 in my 'tar :) )

I have to agree with a bit of it. Take it back to the oldies where a car was to transport and thrill the driver. Bring back cars like the AC Cobra!!!

The new Shelby Cobra GT500 may fit the bill...its currently my dream.

Mmmm I have to say that the best looking car on the road is this.

MMM I heart my Mini!

Totally agree with the original post. I don't like how the new BMWs and Mercedes look more like Japanese cars than European cars. Not that Japanese cars look bad, I just like variety.

I hate what Bangle has done to trunks. In 15 years he'll be like shaker knit sweaters and leg warmers.

Luckily there is Audi!

new cars are plain ugly and they all look the same, if i were to buy something new now it'd be a VW, probably a golf (rabbit, thats a retarded name just for the US market) probably turbo diesel.

however i'm not, i'm currently saveing up for a triumph spitfire, though my perfect car would be a cobra the old one, not the GT500.

I love my MINI as well. But I was happy to be driving the Rav4 today when it started pouring and the roads flooded. If I had the MINI out I don't think I could have gotten home!
Does anyone know if it floods bad in Portland, Oregon? I know it rains a lot there and I'm trying to decide if I should keep my MINI when I move or not.

i've actually started looking at buying an older car, from say, 20-25 years ago, there's some classic designs from that era, and some today that are echoing those designs too...

let me see if i can find some picture examples...

Here's one....

Don't like the butt on the new 3 either :D .

I truly think that the previous 3 will be one of those classic cars that people will fight over in 15 years - even though there are so many of them.
