I like them, strongly considering as my Piel Frama iPad case is a bit too thick. Did you find any discount codes, they had them for the iPad 1 case launch.

Wow! I saw that case and immediately thought: "Yo dawg! I heard you like cases, so I put a case inside a case so you can case while you case!"

It's a good sleeve. I have one issue with Sena, though: their sleeves are so thin that they are not quite as useful for drop protection. Just keep that in mind.

I've seen an iphone and an iPad get broken screens when dropped only the sidewalk in a Sena case.

However, for about anything else I think it provides decent protection.

Thank you Iceage. I just ordered the Ultra slim for IPad2 with Smart Cover. I'm not looking for drop protection just more something to insulate my iPad2 when she's in my bag. I figure it will also keep the smart cover on which protects the screen. I do appreciate the discount code.

And in my opinion, this is the highest and best use of the case.

I've been using the leather Piel Frama book style case and the Vaja leather agenda case. Luckily we never had a drop even with our kids using our iPads. What I found annoying was how thick and heavy the case and iPad was when I read in bed or was reclining and had to hold with one hand. This time around I want to preserve the lightweight and sleekness of the iPad 2.

When you guys get the case, can you let me know how easy it is to remove or insert the iPad in the case? I've tried the ultra-slim for the iPhone, and it was fairly hard to insert and remove it. Thanks!

I order lots from Sena and have always liked their product.

I just ordered the Ultraslim for Smart Cover today, which, btw, is likely just the original iPad Ultraslim sleeve rebranded (as they do with other cases as well), and received my FedEx tracking #. I should have it tomorrow!

Is the leather thick feeling? Do you think it will retain enough grip to hold the iPad and Cover with repeated use.

How are people getting on with the new Sena cases then?

I've ordered an ultraslim + smart cover version, I'm in the UK so I imagine it wont be here until the end of the week at best.

I got mine yesterday. Ordered 27/3 , shipped 28/3 , delivered 2/4. Pretty quick if u consider that I live in Greece. I'll post some photos later.

Still waiting - I paid only for FedEx Ground. I'm in DC and the warehouse is in Anaheim. FedEx site says delivery by April 5th (Tuesday).

How easily does your ipad (w/ smart cover on) slip into and out of the sleeve? Also, I'm guessing that there's essentially no padding to it, can you confirm?

I'm seriously considering buying one if it slides in and out easily.

Not so easily!

Man, that's a bummer! I really like this but if it's a hassle to get it in and out I guess that kills it for me then.

Nearly all leather cases take a while to stretch so they fit the device smoothly.

I would imagine this is the case. Dont worry too much about it.

Oh it's a pouch? people calling it a case confused me. maybe a slip case then.
I was thinking (hoping) it was a snap on leather back that worked with the smart cover on.
