It looks like Sena has a revised case, Kutu, that addresses the difficulty in removing the iPad. Has a pull strap.

Just took a look at the Kutu. The ribbon pull strap looks like a great solution for removing it but I don't like the design of the edges. I actually purchased the UltraSlim Smart Cover case earlier this week and received it a few days ago. I'm very happy with it. It's very light and classy looking. I've found that for me the easiest way to remove it from the case is to hold it upside down and just pinch a little of the bottom edge and give it a little shake. Gravity does it's work and the ipad starts to slide right out.

Sena Ultraslim w/ Smart Cover

My red and green covers have arrived and the quality is pretty good. One has a defect/scratch on it where the green dye on the leather either peeled off or wasn't stained. Not going to bother replacing due to the high shipping costs. It is extremely tight going on right now. As far as slim covers go it's ok, but I'm not sure it's worth the price.

As a warning to others outside the US, Sena advertises their $9.99 Fedex flat rate international shipping. I try to avoid Fedex because their brokerage fees are not included unlike UPS. I bought 2 x $60 cases with their 20% coupon (total $96). Canada Customs charged $5.72 in duties and collected $8.76 in GST. That's unavoidable. Fedex then charged $10 brokerage fee and collected a further $1.20 in GST.

Discount with Sena 20% coupon was $24. Total import costs $25.68 or 1/4 of the price of the cases. Anytime retailers use Fedex to Canada it's to make their shipping costs looks cheaper when in fact you pay more than if it had gone via US Post or UPS.

Just an FYI... Sena is now offering the UltraSlim sleeve for Smart Cover with a pull-tab. The fact that it was missing was the only negative issue I could find with it before. I called Sena today to see if they would be willing to replace for me. I spoke to a very nice customer service rep. She immediately shipped a new one with a return postage label to return the original. I was really impressed that she shipped the new one first without receiving the original back.

Here is a link to the new design with pull-tab.

Hi!

I am interested on buying a Sena case for my phone and I want to get it directly from Sena. I can see that they are sending internationaly (Greece too) with FedEx.

Except from the cost of the case itself and the shipping cost do you know what else I have to pay? Taxes, import fees etc? Have anyone use the online Sena shop for orders outside USA?

I've ordered Sena Ultrathin cases via the website two times and they have been delivered to me in Sweden. The first time I didnt have to pay anything more than the shipping cost, but the second time I got a separate invoice via airmail from FedEx with customs fee and VAT.
