send .mov file through email?

I have 20MB .mov file from a camera that i'd like to send via email (hotmail). I have toast and imovie I'm just not sure how to utilize these programs with what I'm trying to achieve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could just upload it to a site like, this or this, then send the person the link via email.
