Send QuickTime file to PC ?

I have many documentaries that ive downloaded to watch on my iMac, they are in QuickTime file format , I would like to some how now send these files to my friend over the internet so they can watch the documentaries on their PC. my friend does not have a very quick internet connection but I do ,so its easier if I could send the QuickTime documentary files to them some way, So what I am looking for is some simple way to send theses files which are around 200mb - 700mb in size . any thoughts on how ?

Thanks for that, due to the fact I live in a remote part of the world where the postal service is not that trustworthy sending any thing can be fraught with problems , hence my request ..send these files to my friend over the internet . Any thoughts on That ?

Thanks for that, I was hoping there was a simple way of just sending the files with out using a Third party system, straight from my iMac, any Ideas ?
