Sending Flash SMS (Class 0) in iOS5... Possible?

I remember there was an app for that in Cydia. And there is an app in AppStore which allows you to send FlashSMS but you have to buy credits. Is there any app that allows you to send it for free?

Still havent gotten an answer so I dont think its possible.

DeliveryReport. Only works for iPhone 4 and below, as 4S uses a different commcenter.
