iPhone Sending pics at viewable size

What is the best way to send pics using either the stock Email app or Outlook app for iPhone? I have had some ppl tell me when I send pics taken from my phone (using stock camera app) that my pics are very huge and too big to view.

If you use the stock email app (via Photos -> share -> email) you can select a size of photo to send. That will help.
