Sending secure emails with Mac Mail?

hello everyone,

I wanted to know if I could use Mac Mail to send secure emails, basically, I want the person who receives my email not be able to forward it, print it, copy it, anything like that...is this possible?

Above all they could always print screen and use OCR software.
