Sending & Sharing HD Video

So I realize my iPhone 4 has HD recording/camera capabilities but whenever I send a video via MMS the quality goes to **** and when I upload it to facebook I have the same issue.

Am I missing something or is there a way around this?

I think the only way to upload HD quality video is through the app pixelpipe available for free in the appstore which allows u to upload to youtube, facebook, etc...

Apple need to include hd uploading in an update.

You should be able to upload via wifi straight to YouTube, facebook etc without an app. That was one of the things that pissed me off a bit.
