Sendstation Pocketdock

Has anyone gotten their iphone to work with a sendstation pocketdock? I use one of these to get a line level out of my ipods, but when I plug in the iphone the audio still comes out the iphone's speaker.

I don't like to use the headphone out because the line level signal is always better sounding.
