iCloud Sent items missing 3 years of Sent Items

Hi,

Can I get a suggestion what to do (who can I contact) about 3 years of missing sent items? I don't check my Sent folder very often but tonight I did and can see every sent email right back to 2012 when I created an iCloud email account, except from January 2016 to March 2019, as the screen shot shows there is over 3 years of missing sent emails.

I checked the Sent folder on my iphone and it is identical to this list (this screen shot is a syncronised PC mail program)
