I don't even know what to do..

I sent my computer in the 22nd of December - just got it back today - said they couldn't find the problem!!!

Turn the laptop on - give it a few minutes - and the screen still is broken! After a few minutes it goes crazy and it gets stuck!

What do I do!!!!!!????

How close is the nearest Apple Store?

I know it may not be possible in your case, but I would take it to the Genius Bar personally and have them document the problem and submit it for repair.

Thanks!

I have a Genius appointment tomorrow - we documented it there - then sent it in from my house because I wanted to back up all my music and documents just in case! Called in with the exact repair ID number..

Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to fix a problem. I just got my MBP back from the second repair attempt to fix a backlighting issue - so far so good. Since you have a picture documenting the problem hopefully they will just go ahead and replace whatever is broken.
