I have to admit that 2 weeks of "processing" is driving me a bit nuts though. I had my order in 15 minutes after pre-orders went live. It's hard to believe that it resulted in this many more days of waiting.

I ordered the Pro Max Black w/128 GB ... I'm guessing my storage choice wasn't as popular as the 256 GB+ options so demand for my model might be lower and therefore quicker to fill order-wise.

I am currently in Bangkok and sat with my card ready for preorder. Launch day first, but the website had a glitch and changed the language to Thai at the address page and I couldn’t choose my province in the drop-down. When I eventually sorted it, delivery changed to 4/10-11/10. 🙃

Not necessarily. I doubt it’s coming from overseas. Depending on where you’re located, it could reach you very soon once it ships.

More than a day and mine is still "preparing to ship". I've never had such slow progress with an Apple order. To think that if I had just gotten my order in a few minutes faster I would have gotten it on release day! Oh well. As I said before, first world problems.

Over 2 days of "preparing to ship" with no actual shipping. I guess it won't be arriving before the very end of my Sep 27 - Oct 4 range, and likely when I'm out of town early next week.

Yea stinks cause the ones with the power don't exercise it. If people wouldn't pay the scalpers, they'd dry up. I'm convinced they are worse this year because I've never seen in store Pro stock so sparse

I contacted Apple yesterday and they said to keep waiting basically. I’m expecting it to arrive by the 3rd/4th at this point.
