I'n the process of setting up my Mac Pro I want to use an SSD for OSX and all applications, then a different hard drive for my user area along with files etc. There are lots of "how to" instructions out there but I'm wondering if such a setup will mess up file-paths when copying user-data (mail, web bookmarks, iCal data etc.) back from my current "normal" (single-drive) setup?
