Separate Volume Slider for Text and Alerts?

Is there any app that enables a separate volume slider for new text messages and alerts?

I have my favorite custom ringtone which is very loud, so I set the ringer pretty low, but then I can never hear the alerts and new text messages. I would like to have 2 different volume sliders, one for Text/Alerts and the standard one for ringtones.

Why not just edit your custom ringtone to be a bit quieter? 😕

And I guess the answer to my original question is no.
