Wow well August flew past so fast we’re already in September’s monthly challenge! 😃

I’m ok with mine, looks like a got another 14 day one.
Really looking forward to getting a ‘compete your 3 rings’ challenge one day…

This is mine for September. Once again a 14 times challenge. Apple tells me my average is 14,1 km a day, so this must be doable.

I actually enjoy these 14 times challenges. They allow me to take true rest days and build in a buffer for illness/chronic health issues without stressing over my monthly challenge. But I do wish it was 21 instead of 14 so I wouldn’t spend 1-2 weeks waiting for the next challenge.

Just nice that it’s the term break for me and I plan to go back running next week.

This month is a first for me, Open Water Swims. I’m camping next to a lake so I went for two quick swims. I need to get this done sooner than later. Where I live summer weather is ending and water temps will be dropping quickly. 🏊‍♂️ swim on! Cheers
