Hey everyone! It’s already September! I’m excited to see how we’ll dive into the iPhone and Apple Watch announcement month with our activity challenges!


As the weather changes in the autumn 🍂, are we ready to achieve great things like we did in the summer? My challenge is to do at least 63 exercise minutes over two weeks!

Should be doable, if I walk to and from work (at least) 14 times during September.

Though I may have done a mistake this morning, wearing a pair of (old, but rarely worn) boots; resulting in aching blisters on both my heels before completing the first (of three) kilometers on my way to work. So, now - at work - I've started planning alternative ways of getting home today, at least...

Mine's 58 minutes 14 times.
 
Treated myself to a Starbucks coffee after hitting another record of my treadmill run.

Hope I can hit 2 miles in over 30 minutes or less in the next big run- and get the challenge done. 👍

Slow start this month. Already missed out on my perfect month and broke my move streak due to some obligations, but I don’t stress over those much.

This is the third month in a row I’m getting an exercise minute challenge— can I please have something else next month? I’m starting to yearn for the old, progressively more unattainable challenges.
