similar here, indoor cycling during the week, mountain biking on the weekend, and for the 3rd time this year I got a walk/run goal (140 mi), won't be looking at the challenge this months, might make it, maybe not, it'll be fine either way.I've got to walk or run 232 km for September, 7.6 km a day. I do walk a fair bit but I hate running and most of my exercise is cycling. I normally do 200 km a week. I just wish I could delete running from all my exercises as it's an activity that I've never liked or done apart from being forced to at school nearly 55 years ago now!
Again, more evidence of how these automated challenges are not just silly, they could be dangerous.I have to burn 16000 calories for the month. I only take in about 1100 calories a day, and I am being asked to burn about 600 of it per day. Not going to happen unless I want to be the September poster child for anorexia.
