Can you point me in the right direction of making my desktop look like yours? Im new here.

Im not Jartlett but i can help you with most of the stuff he's got there

for the weather he is using the widescape weather

for date and time use Geek Tool and go HERE to get the commands to type in.

Check out DeviantArt for some great icons

for the dock check out Leopard Docks and Deviant art is another great place for that as well.
