Curious newbie question. Where do you all store your desktop images, just in the general pictures folder or do you create an "event" in iphoto? The reason I ask this, is that I noticed you can't create a subfolder that is searchable under system preferences when choosing a desktop image.

Yes you can. You can create a folder of your desktop pics in HD/Library/Desktop pictures and in Sys Pref click the '+' button and add it. You can also set prefs to rotate them randomly.

Not to change the subject or anything, but how long it take to install on your Air? I'm using remote disc from my Dell laptop and it's taking a while. I'm hoping it's not reformatting at the same time.
